Some expect Crosby to elevate NHL in first Cup finals, but is that fair?

Once upon a time, Magic and Bird revived the NBA. Should we expect the same thing from Sidney Crosby in his first trip to the Cup finals? Asking the 20-year-old to save the NHL isn't exactly realistic.
